A designer spent 12 years renovating a house with a lot of fun and playful DIY decorations. Initially it was a factory with three separate units, now turned into a home, located in Portland, Oregon.

Because the predecessor was a factory, there was no load-bearing wall. Designers now use exposed beams to divide different areas. Concrete and brick walls are exposed during the renovation process, which is also the charm of the industrial style.
Most furniture and materials are back to DIY DIY, just as the living room coffee table. The whole house is a huge open plan design, but each has its own privacy, with the kitchen on the corner and the red gypsum wall dividing the area.
