The upper is relatively breathable, the flyknit upper is relatively light and thin, compared with the previous generation is still very breathable, very comfortable, but also because of the fabric relationship, it is more suitable for spring and summer wear, winter wear is a bit cold.
Overall, for racing runners, these shoes are still too heavy, but still very comfortable for jogging, cushioning is very good, and the protection is very good.

After my own actual tests, I still fully affirm the cushioning performance of these running shoes, but it is definitely not suitable for runners like me. Therefore, I also recommend entry-level runners to buy, its best performance distance may be about 5km, too long will really rush. As for the venue, it doesn't matter. The flat hard surface of concrete pavement, asphalt pavement and plastic runway is suitable.
