The imported pile machine has strong adaptability, the tension adjustment of the fabric running is large, and the domestic pile raising machine is relatively simple. The softening scheme will greatly affect the napping effect.

The fabrics with large impact are mainly T/C fabrics with low grammage weight, loose weaving structure, and large transverse and longitudinal elasticity. The softness is not proper, and it is not uplifting. It is the hanging buckle (Terry is provoked but not cut). Auxiliary plants will only promote the use of a single pulverizing agent, and do not know the root cause of poor lint.

Fleeting agent: Nowadays, it is well known in the industry that the low-yellowing film is formulated with 10% or less of dimethyl silicone oil emulsion (also known as pickling oil). This formulation can only provide smooth and soft touch. This type of hanging button pile fabric does not have the slightest effect.

The successful experience is: the cotton fabric terry and terry cloth with tight weaving structure, good fluffy film, with a little bit of high ammonia value silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil emulsion (fluffy oil), once rich hairiness; T/C The fabric must not use amino silicone oil. The resilience and stickiness of the amino silicone oil will adversely affect the linting. It will increase the softness and elasticity of the fabric and increase the chance of hanging fabrics and tearing the fabric. Sometimes it feels The fabric is already very soft, but it can not afford velvet or hang buckles. The correct softening method for T/C fabrics is: the film is compounded with a dimethyl silicone oil emulsion and a little multi-functional finishing agent (also called moisture wicking agent).

Low-heavy pile fabric must not be soft and slippery. It will greatly reduce the fabric strength. When the fabric is raised, it will tear the fabric, and the loose elasticity of the fabric will increase. It is easy to hang the buckle; as long as the point is fluffy and smooth, it can feel; Heavy fabrics can be made soft and slippery, reducing the number of fluffs.

Also encountered: Weaving factories do not use pile yarns to weave fabrics for various reasons, resulting in no nap or hang buckles, but with loose weaving structure or increased flexibility due to improper softening scheme The phenomenon of no lint and hang buckle is different and cannot be confused.
