The Inner Pot is a **pot variety produced at the beginning of the 19th century. It was painted with a hooked bamboo pen on the inner wall of a transparent pot. Characters, landscapes, flowers and birds, grasses, and portraiture are all available. The early representative figure was Ganzi. The famous artists of the late Qing Dynasty and early Republican were Zhou Leyuan, Ma Shaoxuan, Ding Erzhong, and Ye Zhongsan. Their works are circulated to the world and are collected by collectors from all over the world. The Chinese painting ** pot has been established since Ganzi began. It has been about two hundred years ago. Therefore, this industry has also been listed as a non-material cultural heritage supported by the country.

New China was founded in 1949. In order to restore traditional art and culture, in 1953, the country set up a workshop for Ye Xiaofeng and Ye Fengshen in Beijing. The apprentices were started, and four apprentices were Wang Xisan (now the master of Chinese arts and crafts) and Liu Shouben (now China). Master of Arts and Crafts), Ye Shuying, Ding Guiling. Today, the master of the Beijing school, Liu Shouben, inherited the traditional Beijing style. He inherited the traditional techniques of Ye Jia in painting, summed up the experience from the tradition, created a more perfect technique, and formed his own unique technical style, attracting and nurturing the capital culture. Underneath, Liu Shouben's inner painting pot also showed a strong Beijing flavor. At the 2009 Bohai Spring Auction in Beijing, Master Liu Shouben’s “Hundred Sons Map” was sold for 120,000 yuan.
